Activate SPECTRE in Sonos app

A quick guide to activate Spectre service for your Sonos sound system.

STEP 1/

Open the Sonos app and tap the “+” button under Your Services.

In the search bar, type “SPECTRE” and select Spectre from the results.

On the Spectre page, tap Add to Sonos, then tap Authorize.

STEP 2/

When you authorize Sonos to access your Spectre account, you’ll be redirected to the Dashboard login page to verify your credentials.

Sign in with your Spectre Dashboard login details to activate your license.

A demo playlist will be assigned to your device, and you will be redirected to the Sonos app.

STEP 3/

Use your title or real name as the Spectre account nickname, click on Continue to complete the setup. You can also select the checkbox to make Spectre your preferred music service in the Sonos app.

Click on Done.

STEP 5/

Once connected, Spectre will appear on the Sonos home screen under Your Services. Tap the Spectre icon to browse and play your Spectre programs and playlists.

By default, only Automatic streaming is available. In this mode, music plays according to your scheduled programming. We recommend keeping Automatic mode active for the best experience.

If you need to occasionally adjust the music energy, please contact SPECTRE Support to activate manual playlist selection for your device. You will then be able to select a playlist to play immediately.

⚠️ When switching to manual mode, the selected playlist will loop continuously. To return to scheduled playback, simply select Automatic again.

STEP 6/

Enable crossfade to ensure smooth transitions between tracks.

To activate crossfade, select SPECTRE under Your Services, choose a program, and then select Automatic.

Swipe up to expand the Now Playing screen. Tap on “More” (⋅⋅⋅ ) button, and then turn on Crossfade.
