How to return your Pulse Player?

Return your Pulse Player when your contract terminates.

Upon service termination, clients are responsible for returning all leased SPECTRE Pulse players within 30 days.

You may follow the instructions on this page to return your hardware.

1. LOCATE YOUR SPECTRE PLAYERS

Your SPECTRE Pulse player(s) are usually:

- located in your technical or AV room,

- connected to your network equipment and sound system

Dimensions: 13.6 x 3.4 x 12.4 cm

Please refer to the images below for the front and rear views of the player.

2. MATERIAL RETURN CHECKLIST

Players must be returned with all original accessories and wrapped in protective packaging.

Required Items:

- SPECTRE Pulse Player

- RJ45 Ethernet Cable

- RCA Audio Cable (or RCA to Euroblock Audio Cable)

- Power Supply

In accordance with SPECTRE’s Terms and Conditions, all shipping and customs costs are at the client’s expense. Please ensure that all duties are prepaid to avoid any delivery delays.

A fee of 300 EUR per unit will be charged for any non-returned or damaged equipment.
