If the application is on and it looks as though a track is playing but you
can‘t hear music through your speakers, please follow the steps to find out
why.
STEP 1. Quit your SPECTRE Player APP completely, reboot your mobile device, and restart the SPECTRE Player APP.
STEP 2. Once the APP is on, do not touch any button, observe if the playing progress bar and the timestamp is moving.
If it is not moving, please touch the screen to see if the PLAY ICON can be waken.
If it is moving normally, proceed to the next steps.
STEP 3. Check the volume on your device.
You can either click on the VOLUME button to make sure the volume is not set at 0, or press the volume button to raise the volume.
STEP 4. Check your sound system, and the connection between your device and your sound system:
Is the sound systemswitched on?
Is the volume of your sound systemswitched to 0?
Is/are the audio cable(s) well plugged?
STEP 5. If the problem persists after trying the above steps, please contact SPECTRE Tech Support.
