I cannot login to the Dashboard

Forgotten email/password, no account

❓Problem:
I want to access my Dashboard but I don't have login credentials.

✅Solution:
A Spectre client account is required to access the Dashboard.

Your organization likely has one or more music & sound marketing managers (e.g., Marketing Director, F&B Director) who already have access to the Dashboard. They are authorized to create new accounts for team members.

🔹 Case #1 - I already have an account but don’t know my credentials

Go to the Dashboard, click "Forgot password", and enter your professional email address. If you don’t receive an email within five minutes, please contact us

With so many websites and apps requiring passwords, it's easy to forget them. To simplify password management, we recommend using a password managers like 1Password, Dashlane, or LastPass.

🔹 Case #2 - I don’t have an account yet, and I’m a music/sound marketing manager

You should have received an invitation email to create your Spectre account following the physical deployment of your Spectre Players. Look for an email with the subject "Invitation to the SPECTRE Dashboard" (or similar).

If you didn’t receive it (check your spam folder) or if the link has expired, please contact us.

🔹 Case #3 - I don’t have an account yet, and I’m not a music/sound marketing manager

Only designated music/sound marketing managers can create Spectre accounts for their team members.
